Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• New Account Development:
• Proactively identify and target prospective customers in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, e-commerce and food & beverage manufacturing.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our corrugated packaging solutions. Communicate the customer needs internally to ensure proper design and production.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct periodic account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Sales Execution:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals and samples to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, design, leadership and shipping to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including prospect interactions, account updates, and sales performance in Airtable/email.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
