Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to expand the company’s footprint in Belgium, North of France, and South of the Netherlands, with a strong focus on the FMCG sector. You’ll be the face of the company in the defined region, identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and driving growth through consultative selling.

What You’ll Be Driving

  • Spotting and seizing opportunities in Belgium, North France, and South of Netherlands with a strong focus on the FMCG sector.
  • Building strong client relationships and turning them into long‑term partnerships.
  • Acting as the local face of the company, representing its expertise in inspection and maintenance in complex environments.
  • Driving consultative sales conversations that focus on solutions, not just transactions.
  • Owning your pipeline end‑to‑end, from prospecting to closing deals.

Qualifications

  • A strong network or proven ability to connect with industrial clients in FMCG, within the region of Belgium, North France, and South of the Netherlands.
  • Entrepreneurial drive — you thrive on autonomy and know how to turn opportunities into results.
  • Confidence in consultative selling: listening, understanding client needs, and matching them with tailored solutions.
  • Resilience and persistence — commission‑only means you’re motivated by performance and reward.
  • Fluency in Dutch and French (English preferred).
  • Willingness to come to the office in Bredene, Belgium min 1 day per week.
