Overview
The main tasks of the Sales promotor will be:
Responsibilities
- Wining in the market
- To qualify database
- to convert leads to grow penetration
- To increase share of wallet of existing customer
- Mental availability
- To increase mental availability at operator level through Leadership and Personalized Experiences
- To ensure and to improve the best customer experience (visits, questions, handling of complaints, needs,...).
- Continuous Improvement
- To continue to improve the way of working with our tools at disposal (Salesforce & social network)
- To work in synergies with sales lead digital, telesales & Marketing.
- To be pro-active being constantly on the lookout for new opportunities.
- Relationship management
- To ensure and to improve the best customer experience (prospection, visits, questions, needs).
- To provide regular feedback to the Marketing and Sales departments on SF
- To set up customer action plans in conjunction with telesales
- To establishing good relations with the distributors' sales forces (trade fairs, coaching, FDV distributor meetings)
