Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Relationship Manager for the ELITE and Primary Markets team based in Paris. You will report to the Head of SMEs France and play a key role in expanding our ELITE business across France and other EU markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial plan to generate new clients for ELITE programs, A&D Growth Hub, IPOready, and other private company financing solutions.
- Target and acquire private SMEs seeking financing and growth solutions, and engage financial ecosystem partners as intermediaries.
- Manage revenues with existing and new clients, promoting Euronext’s service portfolio and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients, banks, advisors, investors, and local industry partners.
- Coordinate with the ELITE Product team to support new product development and maintenance of existing products based on client needs.
- Build sector‑oriented product knowledge (e.g., A&D network), detect market developments, and translate them into outbound sales activities.
- Partner with Euronext Business and support functions to deliver high‑priority strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in corporate finance, financial advisory, or capital markets.
- Excellent client‑facing skills with ability to interact at all organisational levels.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic awareness, and project‑management skills.
- Pan‑European experience developing relationships and products across multiple geographies is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English; strong written and oral presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; CRM and business reporting experience preferred.
