Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Sales & Relationship Manager to join the ELITE and Primary Markets team. The position will be based in Paris and start 1 September 2026. You will report to the Head of SMEs France.

Position : Sales & Relationship Manager – ELITE and Primary Markets team, Paris. Start date: 1 September 2026. Reports to Head of SMEs France.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic commercial development: develop and execute an effective commercial plan to generate new clients across all training programs and financing modalities dedicated to private companies, and deepen strategic relationships within Euronext core geographies.
  • Client targeting: target both private SMEs seeking financing and growth solutions, and financial ecosystem partners acting as key intermediaries and referrers within the Euronext network.
  • Revenue management: develop revenues with existing and new clients by leveraging Euronext’s value proposition of products and services addressed to private companies.
  • Relationship management: maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, proactively promoting Euronext’s service portfolio dedicated to private companies and the expertise of the partner network; identify cross‑selling possibilities.
  • Build a robust local support network of industry partners, banks, advisors and investors for current and prospective companies.
  • Engage with the local Private Equity industry, capture opportunities for the Group’s Private Markets projects and contribute to identifying potential IPO interest within portfolio companies.
  • Product development support: coordinate with the ELITE Product team on development of new products and maintenance of existing products in line with local client requirements.
  • Product & market development: build sector‑oriented knowledge for various products (e.g. A&D network), identify market developments and translate them into sales activities (outbound).
  • Partner with Euronext Business and support functions to cultivate cross‑functional relationships delivering high‑priority strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance or other relevant fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience of at least 4–5 years in Business Development, Sales or relationship management roles.
  • Background: Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory or Capital Markets experience is required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to interact with all levels of the client’s organization.
    • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
    • Pan‑European business experience developing relationships and products in multiple geographic locations is a plus.
    • Availability to work at Euronext Paris office and travel frequently across French regions.
    • Excellent written and oral presentation skills (also in English) with the ability to combine attention to detail with a wider strategic view.
    • Rigorous project‑management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
    • Strong organizational skills for timely update in internal reporting systems – CRM, Business Reports, etc.
    • Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer‑oriented and numbers‑driven approach to work.
    • Knowledge of Euronext’s market model, rule book, service offer, the buy‑side and sell‑side landscape is valued.
    • Opportunity management and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attributes:

    • Pan‑European banking/finance experience is a plus.
