Sales Process Transformation Lead (CRM & Analytics)

ARaymond is looking for a Business Process Owner (BPO) responsible for the end-to-end ownership, governance, and continuous improvement of sales processes across the organization. This role requires a Master's degree and a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in business process management.

The BPO will lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure process alignment with strategic objectives. Travel is essential for meetings with internal clients across different sites.
