Sales Process Owner — CRM & Transformation Leader

ARaymond is looking for a Business Process Owner (BPO) to lead and improve sales processes across the organization. The BPO will ensure sales processes are efficient and support digital transformations. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance CRM usage and drive measurable performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has 10-12 years of experience in business process management and a Master’s degree in Business administration. The role requires fluency in English and a strong background in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

Regular travel to meet internal clients is necessary for this position.
