Sales performance & tools business partner F/M/X

Within the Sales Performance team, you support an international community of sales professionals across multiple subsidiaries. You contribute to strengthening the adoption of tools, including CRM (Salesforce) and BI, while improving the performance of sales processes.

You support the transformation of sales practices towards a more efficient, data-driven and harmonized approach.

Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize sales processes and ensure their consistency across pipeline, reporting and data.
• Lead change management initiatives and deploy adoption strategies for commercial tools, including CRM, BI and AI.
• Gather, structure and prioritize business needs in collaboration with business tool owners and IT teams.
• Monitor adoption indicators and roll out action plans to improve sales performance.
• Animate the Key Users and Data Stewards community and support users in their daily use of the CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a B2B sales environment (sales, business development, marketing, etc.), with a strong understanding of sales processes and sales performance.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools (CRM, BI) and the ability to leverage them to drive performance.
• Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level) to thrive in an international environment.
• Experience in an international industrial environment.
• Experience in digital project management, ideally in an agile environment.
• Strong interest in data and artificial intelligence applied to business.
• Leadership to engage and unite international communities around new uses and practices.
• Ability to influence others to drive change and bring about lasting improvements in practices.
• Results-oriented mindset to transform analyses into concrete and measurable actions.
