Sales People for Arcadia

Arcadia Chevrolet and Buick in Arcadia, Fl has immediate openings for sales consultants in our new and used car sales departments. NO EXPERIENCE necessary.

Previous automotive sales experience is a plus. Spanish / Chinese / Mandarin speakers a plus. Positions are available immediately.

Our top salespeople make $60,000-75,000 per year.

401(k), Medical coverage and paid vacation are also offered.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide 100% customer satisfaction to all customers, 100% of the time.
• Establish daily, weekly and monthly goals and a strategy to meet them.
• Study, learn, and maintain a working knowledge of vehicles offered, new Chevrolet and Buick and pre-owned vehicles.
• Demonstration and Presentation of vehicles to customers.
• Continuous product knowledge training.
• Maintaining an enthusiastic & positive attitude.
• Attending training and meetings.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.

• Ability to work full time including evenings & weekends.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug testing.
• Valid drivers license.
