Your Role
As a Sales Operations Manager for France & Belgium, you partner closely with Sales Leadership and the Country Leadership team to drive sales performance, improve execution and increase operational efficiency across the business. You own key sales operating routines, performance management processes, forecasting, reporting and sales process optimization, providing visibility on business performance and ensuring teams have the tools and insights needed to execute effectively. You are analytical, organized and execution‑oriented, translating business needs into scalable processes and actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and animate key local routines and performance discussions (weekly and monthly routines)
- Coordinate forecasting, target tracking and business reviews
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting and KPI frameworks
- Analyze pipeline health, sales productivity and sales performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision‑making
- Support compensation plan execution in partnership with Central teams
- Contribute to target setting and quota allocation processes
- Support the design and implementation of local incentive programs
- Monitor plan effectiveness and performance outcomes
- Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and increase productivity
- Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility and reporting reliability
- Optimize Salesforce governance and sales tool adoption
- Design scalable processes and best practices that help teams focus on revenue‑generating activities
- Coordinate selected cross‑functional initiatives impacting sales performance
- Support implementation of new tools, processes and ways of working
- Ensure alignment, accountability and execution across stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting or similar roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes, performance management and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive execution in fast‑paced and cross‑functional environments
- Fluent French and professional English
- Strategic thinking with operational excellence
