Requirements
- We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who combines operational excellence with strong interpersonal skills
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Office Management, Executive Assistance, or commercial coordination roles
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Used to use AI tools
- Knowledge of Chorus Pro, SCC, or Aproval is a plus
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets (tracking tables, filters, formulas, pivot tables)
- Good understanding of invoicing, payment follow-up, and collection processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional level of English and French is required (C1/C2)
- High level of discretion, reliability, autonomy, and service mindset
- Someone who enjoys organizing data, structuring processes, and improving operational efficiency
- A hands‑on profile capable of both execution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong business awareness: understanding that a clean CRM, accurate invoicing, and efficient collections directly impact company performance

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Sales Operations & Executive Assistant to support the country manager in commercial operations, client follow‑up, and operational coordination, comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with teams outside France
- As a true operational right‑hand partner, you will play a key role in improving our commercial processes, maintaining the quality of our Salesforce CRM, and supporting invoicing and client follow‑up activities
- Your primary mission will be to structure and clean customer databases, improve opportunity tracking, and actively contribute to cash collection performance
- Sales Operations & Salesforce CRM:
- Ensure the accuracy, maintenance, and cleansing of customer data within Salesforce
- Track sales opportunities, contracts, orders, and customer statuses across both private and public sectors
- Implement routines and best practices to maintain a clean, reliable, and actionable CRM database
- Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information in customer records
- Support sales teams in the day‑to‑day use of Salesforce
- Produce simple and reliable dashboards and reporting for management
- Invoicing, Client Follow‑Up & Cash Collection:
- Monitor customer invoicing in coordination with internal teams
- Track payment statuses and identify overdue accounts
- Prepare and send client payment reminders with professionalism and attention to detail
- Structure clear processes for collections, follow‑up, and payment tracking
- Contribute to improving cash collection and reducing payment delays
- Maintain smooth and professional communication with clients while preserving strong business relationships
- Executive Support & Coordination:
- Support the Sales Director and/or General Management in tracking operational priorities
- Prepare follow‑up reports, meeting notes, client files, and management materials
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Act as a liaison between management, sales teams, finance teams, and clients
- Anticipate needs, streamline communication, and drive topics forward efficiently and proactively
