Our portfolio ranges from natural flavors, extracts and colors, beverage bases and fruit preparations to functional ingredients and food service solutions.Reporting to the Area Director WEU/AFR the Sales Manager France will increase our market share in the Sweet Goods & Dairy market segments (Sweet Goods, Dairy, Dairy Alternatives and Specialized Nutrition) by promoting the full ingredient pantry ADM has to offer(Natural Flavors &Colors, Fruit preparation, plant based proteins, Soluble fibers, Vanilla-Mint-Herbal Extracts, Pre-/Postbiotics) and by providing our superior service to existing and new customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for our Sales in France including Key Accounts
- Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies inside France
- Increasing the project pipeline
- Reaching and increasing all sales figures
- Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers
- Establishing and developing long-term customer intimacy
- Monitoring the market and identify new market potential
- Development of customer concepts in cooperation with product management and application and product development
- R&D project management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree in food technology or business administration
- Professional experience in the BtB food, Dairy or Specialized Nutrition/ingredient business ? minimum 5 years
- Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within France (30-50%)
- Native speaker French and excellent English language skills
- Based on a home office in France
- Enthusiasm for innovation and new market segmentsself-dependend working style, initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit and strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer and service orientation and technology skills
- Business development mindset
