Sales Manager – Residential Real Estate | Team Lead | FR/EN
We're at a turning point: a company-wide rebrand, new real estate products launching, and a major new investor on board.
We're looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of our B2C sales performance — structuring the process, leading a team of 3, and directly shaping how Urban Campus grows.
You will work closely with our Head of Marketing & Sales, with full visibility on business results.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the B2C sales process across all group products (flex-living, student housing, multifamily) and for various stay durations (long, mid and short stay).
You will manage a sales team currently made up of 3 people, expected to grow rapidly, with the primary goal of optimising conversion rates and occupancy rates across our residences.
You will play a key role in structuring sales processes, leveraging the HubSpot CRM, and driving continuous commercial performance improvement.
Your responsibilities
1/ B2C Sales Process Management
- Structure and optimise our end-to-end B2C sales funnel: inbound leads, qualification, nurturing, viewings, conversion, signing.
- Define and implement sales standards, scripts and follow‑up processes.
- Monitor commercial performance by residence, product and stay duration segment.
- Lead, support and upskill a team of 3 sales representatives.
- Set individual and collective targets.
- Implement performance management rituals (reporting, coaching, KPI tracking).
- Participate in recruiting future team members.
- Build a culture of performance and customer satisfaction.
3/ CRM & Commercial Performance
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot CRM and reservation management tools (PMS) to optimise pipeline tracking and conversions across long, mid and short stay segments.
- Structure pipelines, automations, workflows and reporting.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
4/ Distribution Platforms & Listings Management
- Define the distribution strategy for listings across real estate and booking platforms.
- Oversee listings management in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Identify new acquisition channels and distribution opportunities.
5/ Market Research & Commercial Strategy
- Identify new customer segments and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the group's overall commercial strategy.
- Provide recommendations on offers, packages and pricing policies.
6/ Virtual property tours & Customer Experience
- Participate in property viewings and strategic client meetings.
- Optimise the prospect experience throughout the sales journey.
7/ Reporting & Investor Relations
- Produce regular commercial reports for investors and senior management (commercial performance, occupancy rates, fill rate forecasts, lead analysis).
- Track and analyse key indicators by asset and residence: conversion, sales pace, pricing, channel performance.
- Build reliable commercial forecasts aligned with asset financial objectives.
- Contribute to business reviews, investor committees and strategic presentations.
Why joining Urban Campus
- An exciting growth story: major new investor, 40+ assets in the pipeline, multi‑product expansion.
- The opportunity to support the Company's momentum and build a new Sales team.
- Monthly team events + annual offsite.
- Up to 2 days work from home per week.
- Compensation depending on your background & experience between 46-55K€ + 20%.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience, ideally in residential real estate, coliving, student housing, hospitality or managed residential.
- Proven experience leading a Sales team.
Skills & what we're looking for
- Fluent in French and English.
- Leadership to manage and develop our sales team.
- Strong commercial instincts with a track record of hitting targets.
- Data‑driven and results‑oriented.
- Structured and process‑minded — you enjoy building things from scratch.
- Great communication with a genuine customer‑first mindset.
