Sales Manager - Quantum Systems - F/M

Under the supervision of the Quantum System Sales Director, the Quantum System Sales Manager for Gravimeter product line (gravimeters, gradiometers,…) is responsible for major clients involved in key identified markets of the company. As a specialist in key markets, he/she regularly conducts market studies and proposes new commercial strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales of Geoscience Quantum measurement instrumentation products from Quantum Systems division:

  • Centralizingand managing all the opportunities, requests and questions related to geoscienceinstruments manufactured in our Quantum Systems Activity (AQG, DQG).
  • Following upopportunities, exchanges and quotes until their closure.
  • Focusing onpromising markets for Quantum Sensors Instruments such as geosciences,navigation, oil and gas...
  • Relying ontechnical and commercial support from the Quantum Systems Sales Director,Quantum Systems Activity Director and Product Line Managers.
  • Supportingthe sales objectives through prospection, booking targets, quantity ofopportunity created, customer visits (in-house or off-site), exhibitions andconferences participations (Sales Talks, Semi-technical Talks).
  • Worldwideaction is expected.

Project and Key Account Management:

  • Ensuringcompliance with purchase orders, quotations, internal processes and externalprocesses.
  • Ensuring customersneeds alignment with the company's production capabilities (e.g., through orderforecasting).
  • Regularlydefining the annual forecast and delivery roadmap.

Prospection and Market Studies in Targeted Application Fields:

  • Identifyingnew prospects and target customers from existing accounts.
  • Identifyingcompetitors and their offerings.
  • Identify alltargets available and position our products and references (SWOT analysis).
  • Incollaboration with the Quantum Systems Sales Director, define a commercialstrategy to acquire new clients and strengthen our presence in key markets.

Supporting communication efforts:

  • Identifycorrect supports to promote our quantum sensors instrument range of product.
  • Draft andmap press releases, datasheets, technical notes, application notes.
  • Performcommunications speeches (conferences, webinar, products teaser).
  • Consult withexecutive management to develop effective communication.
  • Incollaboration with the MarCom and Engineering teams, define and lead acommunication strategy to acquire new clients and strengthen our presence inkey markets.
