Sales Manager Perpignan Fruits & Veget

At Fritz&Muller, we are currently working with a company in the agri‑food sector, specialized in the production, handling, and distribution of fresh fruit, which is looking to incorporate a Sales Executive for its headquarters in Perpignan.

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for developing business in international markets, expanding the company’s commercial presence beyond the French market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and expand the international client portfolio (retail and distribution channels).
• Identify new business opportunities in foreign markets.
• Manage and build long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate internally with operations and logistics teams to ensure service excellence.
• Participate in the company’s international commercial strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–7 years of experience in commercial/sales roles within the food industry.
• Previous experience in fresh produce/fruits & vegetables will be highly valued.
• Experience selling fresh products (mainly fruit, citrus, berries, stone fruit, melon, and watermelon) within the French market would be a strong advantage.
• Languages: Native/advanced level of French (mandatory). Bilingual/advanced level of English.
• Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or similar.
• Dynamic profile with a strong results‑oriented mindset and commercial skills.
• Strong negotiation and international business development capabilities.
