As a Sales Manager specializing in Datacenters, you will lead the commercial execution of our projects in this sector. You will manage the key stages of the sales cycle: from qualifying RFQs and preparing commercial offers—consulting with internal stakeholders like technical, legal, and finance teams—to contract negotiation and closing the deal. You will work in close coordination with BDMs to ensure a smooth transition from lead to contract.

  • Project Qualification: Lead customer engagements to assess technical requirements and qualify project-specific opportunities.
  • On-site Engagement: Plan and execute strategic customer visits to consolidate relationships with EPCs and other key stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development: Craft high-level commercial offers precisely tailored to project specifications and client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Drive the negotiation process, championing our value proposition to secure project wins .
  • Sector Expertise: Proven track record in the Datacentre industry, with a strong background in technical solution selling.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of critical infrastructure (Power, Cooling, Redundancy, etc.) and specific experience in back-up diesel generators and the ability to discuss complex project requirements.
  • Established Network: A robust portfolio of existing contacts within the Datacentre ecosystem, specifically with EPCs, engineering firms, and integrators.
  • Professional Profile: Highly autonomous and results-oriented, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English is essential.
