Sales Manager (m/f/d) – DACH Region

GL events Exhibitions is a global leader in trade show and events organisation. To support the growth of our Düsseldorf office, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH region , reporting to the Country Manager. You will join a dynamic, international team, driving exhibitor acquisition for major trade shows in France such as SIRHA, Global Industrie, and Piscine Global.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to negotiation, closing and on-site follow-up with exhibitors at the fair
- Build and grow your own portfolio of prospects and clients, ensuring long‑term retention
- Represent GL Events Exhibitions at B2B and industry events, proactively contributing to the prospecting of your portfolio
- Manage all prospecting channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, events) and qualify inbound leads
- Track your sales activity and monthly targets using our CRM
Your profile
- Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1 level); French is a plus
- Business background with experience in business development
- Open, communicative personality – both within the team and in client interactions
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Experience in the trade fair industry is not a must but a plus
