Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Calvin Klein - CDI
The Position
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing the brand’s sales strategy in your assigned market. You will manage the sell-in process, build client relationships, and provide key feedback on market trends. This role ensures commercial success while safeguarding the brand’s values and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Calvin Klein in France, in line with regional and brand objectives.
- Drive seasonal sell-in and achieve sales, profitability and average price targets across all assigned accounts.
- Manage and develop relationships with key wholesale partners, leading negotiations and business reviews.
- Lead, coach and develop the local sales team.
- Translate global GTM and product strategies into actionable local sales plans for the Belgian market.
- Ensure assortments reflect brand positioning, divisional priorities and optimal product mix.
- Monitor sell-out performance, market trends, competitors and consumer behavior to identify risks and opportunities.
- Conduct regular market and store visits to gather insights and strengthen brand execution.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising to influence assortment structure and maximize market relevance.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and qualitative/quantitative reporting to the Sales Director.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all customer presentations and activations.
- Partner cross-functionally (Planning, VM, Customer Service, Logistics) to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
Measures of Success
- Sell-in target achievement by season/account.
- Client satisfaction and engagement.
- Alignment of local assortments with brand priorities.
- Timely reporting of market intelligence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience in wholesale or B2B in the fashion industry.
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
- Fluent in French and English.
