About the role

We are seeking a results-oriented and ambitious Sales manager to join our team. In this "hunter" role, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will be a key driver of our success, bringing new customers to the Sinch platform and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Actively hunt for and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for new customers.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target companies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, defining solutions and ensuring all commercial and legal requirements are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Solutions Engineers and Marketing, to create compelling proposals and product demonstrations that address customer needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new market opportunities to inform your sales strategy.

This role reports to the Team Lead Sales Executive. The role is based in Paris (hybrid or full-time on site accepted) and covers France and Benelux.

About you

  • A proven "hunter" with around 5 years of relevant sales experience and a track record of success in a new business sales role in the SaaS or CPaaS industry.
  • An energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and a drive to win.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship-builder, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives.
  • A strategic thinker with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
