We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and talented IDV Sales Manager to join our Commercial Team. In this role, you will spearhead our growth across the Europe & UK regions (with global scope as opportunities arise), driving adoption of our next-generation Identity Verification product suite.

This is a pure Enterprise SaaS Sales role targeting highly regulated, high-growth sectors such as Financial Services/Fintech, Crypto, and Gambling. Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales: Own the end-to-end sales process from territory mapping and lead qualification to complex contract negotiation and closing.
  • Consultative Strategist: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and compliance stakeholders, helping them architect optimal KYC and IDV solution structures that fight fraud while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Pipeline Generation: Build and execute proactive outbound engagement strategies, partnering closely with Marketing and internal business development channels to self-source and develop a healthy enterprise pipeline.
  • Complex Negotiations: Lead sophisticated, multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations involving deep legal, technical, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, AML, eIDAS).
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of major industry shifts, competitor insights, and evolving European standards (including the upcoming advent of eID) to position Checkout.com as a future-proof partner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with in-house Solutions Engineers, Product Managers, and Legal teams to effectively match our technology stack to the prospect’s unique pain points.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of successful Enterprise Sales/SaaS experience, managing complex B2B sales cycles with large contract values and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
  • Industry Domain: A proven track record within the Identity Verification (IDV), KYC/KYB, RegTech, AML, or FinTech spaces is highly preferred.
  • Regulated Markets Savvy: Strong understanding of the European regulatory landscape (AML, GDPR, eIDAS) and comfort selling into compliance-heavy sectors such as Fintech, Crypto, Gambling.
  • Grit & Drive: An independent, high-achieving profile with an entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to consistently outperform sales targets.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and French, with excellent presentation and storytelling skills capable of influencing C-level executives.
