Are you a results-driven sales professional with deep roots in the French HVAC or pool equipment channel? We are a pioneering outdoor intelligence innovator (est. 1999). We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Sales Manager. You will be responsible for promoting our leading pool heat pump in France. The successful candidate will leverage their deep industry experience and local channel network to develop new clients, manage key projects, achieve sales growth targets, and expand the green intelligent outdoor market with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-channel sales strategies for pool heat pumps in France.
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, commercial negotiation, to contract signing and project follow-up, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Gather local market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to provide insights for the company\'s product and market strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the pool equipment, heat pump, HVAC, or related intelligent outdoor/new energy equipment sector.
  • A verified track record of successfully establishing and maintaining local distributor or contractor channels in France
  • Strong goal-orientation and sales passion: Results-driven, self-motivated, enjoys challenging targets and the satisfaction of achievement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds and build long-term trust.
