Sales Manager H/F
We are looking for our future Sales Manager signalling products H/F based in France (Rueil-Malmaison, Villeurbanne, and Reichshoffen), to boost the commercial performance of our products on international markets.
Do you have solid sales experience in an international industrial environment ? Do you enjoy managing a global business, negotiating at a high level, and influencing customer decisions ? This position is for you.
Your role
Be the conductor of the sales strategy: understand customer issues, influence specifications, win strategic bids and secure long-term contracts, working closely with regional sales teams, technical experts, and the product manager.
Specifically, you will :
- Manage the budget and commercial performance on a global scale.
- Analyze markets, pricing, and competition to guide strategy.
- Develop high value-added offers and lead key negotiations.
- Develop and renew strategic framework agreements.
- Act as a key liaison between customers, technical teams, and the factory
- Be the voice of the market internally and represent the company internationally
Your profile
- Minimum bachelor\'s degree (mechanical engineering or business/management)
- Bilingual English required ; proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years experience in sales, ideally in the rail sector
- Solid expertise in budget management and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM tools and interest in AI applications
- At ease in a multicultural and international environment
- International mobility required (regular travel)
