Sales Manager – France Service Center

We are looking for a Sales Manager – France Service Center to drive business growth, strengthen our presence in the French market, and lead a high-performing sales team. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the development of our Agricultural and Industrial business, with a particular focus on the Railway and Defense sectors across both Aftermarket and OEM channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding market opportunities, increasing profitability, and building long-term partnerships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and profitability across Aftermarket and OEM business segments.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers while identifying new market opportunities.
• Define and execute the regional sales strategy in line with Group objectives.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team of 2–4 professionals.
• Monitor sales performance through KPIs, pipeline management, conversion rates, and CRM reporting.
• Promote all Group brands while tracking market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Operations, Finance, HR, and other central functions to ensure business alignment and successful execution.

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the Industrial and/or Agricultural sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build lasting business relationships.
• Fluent French and English (both written and spoken).
