We are looking for a dynamic and scientifically driven Territory Manager to lead our commercial activities across France. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong customer‑facing skills to grow our presence, support clients, and represent our innovative solutions in the life sciences market.
Tasks
- Drive sales growth within the assigned French territory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers
- Engage clients through email, phone, video calls, webinars, virtual events, and—eventually—in‑person meetings and conferences
- Identify, reach out to, and develop relationships with new potential clients
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and services
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues across territories to share insights and strengthen overall sales strategy
- Demonstrate deep product and service knowledge
- Partner with internal teams to deliver high‑quality technical support and guidance
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualification
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related discipline (PhD strongly preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device sectors
- Strong self‑motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and ease in customer interactions
