Location: Paris & remote – hybrid setting | Hours: full time

Your mission with us:

  • Drive revenue: Meet and exceed sales targets for new and recurring business.
  • Channel Sales Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners to support deal closures and educate end customers.
  • Prospecting & lead outreach: Engage prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM-driven sequencing and industry events to build a strong pipeline.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and meet regularly with prospects and partners.
  • Engage key personas: Connect with key stakeholders like storage architects, IT heads and CISOs to align ProLion’s solutions with their needs.
  • CRM utilization: Use ProLion’s CRM system to manage and log all sales activities accurately and consistently and to create/expand your pipeline.
  • Market expansion: Enhance company credibility and trust through joint activities with partners, such as events and workshops.
  • Team building: Collaborate with your Pre-Sales Engineer to develop a high-performing sales team.

What we wish for:

  • You have 5+ years of proven success in IT or data center sales, ideally in storage (NetApp, Dell, Microsoft) or data security
  • Strong experience in channel sales management
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of pipeline generation and deal closing
  • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure & storage ecosystems
  • Native-level French and professional proficiency in English (at least C1)
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and motivated, thriving in a remote and travel focused work environment
  • Homebase in Paris or within the proximity of Paris (preferably south of Paris)
