Your Tasks.

• You manage and develop daily sales relationships with a defined set of direct accounts and partners at d&b audiotechnik France, ensuring that both quantitative and qualitative targets are achieved.
• You expand the partner network in line with the sales strategy, acquire new partners, and support them throughout the entire business development process, including reselling activities.
• You plan, organize, and drive sales and marketing initiatives with partners in close coordination with the d&b audiotechnik France team.
• You manage the full sales process—from identifying customer needs through to product delivery—in close collaboration with internal teams.
• You work closely with the Education and Application Support team and Sales Management to develop the key segments: Mobile, Touring Rental, Corporate Rental, and General Rental.
• You manage relationships and projects with service providers, operators, investors, production companies, developers, and influencers within the mobile segment, in coordination with EAS (Education & Application Support).
• You maintain and continuously update relevant data in the CRM system, including information on service providers, venues, installed equipment, and replacement cycles.
• You identify potential investment projects at an early stage, track them through to completion, and collaborate with sales partners, specifiers, and operators to ensure that d&b products are specified and requested in the long term.

Your Profile.

• You demonstrate great command of the French language suitable for a business setting.
• You show a willingness to relocate and show flexibility in managing shifting priorities.
• You communicate and negotiate effectively, building and maintaining a strong professional network.
• You bring experience in selling technological products to professional customers.
• You have strong knowledge of the professional audio market or a related industry.
• You collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a highly cooperative working environment.
• You think strategically, follow defined plans, and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve long-term goals.
• You work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to drive success.
• You develop proposals and make informed decisions in collaboration with the Sales Director and other stakeholders, for example when planning product demonstrations or sales initiatives.
