Your Mission
As a SalesManagerFrance&Benelux(f/m/d) , you will be a key member of the regional Sales Team, reporting directly to theGeneralManagerFrance&Benelux .Youwillplayanactiveroleindevelopingthemarket,drivingnewbusinessandcontributingdirectlytoregionalrevenuegrowth.Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- Closingdealswithagencies,mediabuyersanddirectadvertisers,withafocusonmid-marketaccounts
- Identifying,prospectingandqualifyingnewbusinessopportunitiesacrossFranceandBenelux
- Buildingandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithclientsandpartnerstoensurelong-termcollaborationandcampaignsuccess
- Actingasatrustedadvisor,helpingclientsoptimisetheiradvertisingstrategiesusingAdsquare’sdatasolutions
- Managingandmaintaininganaccuratesalespipelineinclosecollaborationwithinternalteams
- StayinguptodatewithAdsquare’sproductinnovationsandtechnologicaldevelopments
- Supportingcommercialnegotiations,includingdatausageagreementsandcontractualterms
- ClearlycommunicatingAdsquare’svaluepropositionandpositioninginthemarket
- Actively engaging in the programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem through events, networking and industry initiatives
Your Profile
- 1–3yearsofexperienceinsalesorbusinessdevelopmentwithindigitalmedia,AdTech,MarTechordata-drivenadvertising
- Exposuretoprogrammaticadvertising,audiencedataordigitalmediatradingisastrongadvantage
- Comfortablewithprospecting,outreachandcoldcalling
- Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills
- Results-drivenwithaclearcommercialmindset
- Well-structuredanddisciplinedinpipelinemanagement
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
