Your Mission

As a SalesManagerFrance&Benelux(f/m/d) , you will be a key member of the regional Sales Team, reporting directly to theGeneralManagerFrance&Benelux .Youwillplayanactiveroleindevelopingthemarket,drivingnewbusinessandcontributingdirectlytoregionalrevenuegrowth.Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

  • Closingdealswithagencies,mediabuyersanddirectadvertisers,withafocusonmid-marketaccounts
  • Identifying,prospectingandqualifyingnewbusinessopportunitiesacrossFranceandBenelux
  • Buildingandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithclientsandpartnerstoensurelong-termcollaborationandcampaignsuccess
  • Actingasatrustedadvisor,helpingclientsoptimisetheiradvertisingstrategiesusingAdsquare’sdatasolutions
  • Managingandmaintaininganaccuratesalespipelineinclosecollaborationwithinternalteams
  • StayinguptodatewithAdsquare’sproductinnovationsandtechnologicaldevelopments
  • Supportingcommercialnegotiations,includingdatausageagreementsandcontractualterms
  • ClearlycommunicatingAdsquare’svaluepropositionandpositioninginthemarket
  • Actively engaging in the programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem through events, networking and industry initiatives

Your Profile

  • 1–3yearsofexperienceinsalesorbusinessdevelopmentwithindigitalmedia,AdTech,MarTechordata-drivenadvertising
  • Exposuretoprogrammaticadvertising,audiencedataordigitalmediatradingisastrongadvantage
  • Comfortablewithprospecting,outreachandcoldcalling
  • Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills
  • Results-drivenwithaclearcommercialmindset
  • Well-structuredanddisciplinedinpipelinemanagement
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
