France Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Build together with the West EU region and GAC EUROPE.
- Collect market information in target regions and prepare market business plan and analysis reports.
- Achieve annual invoicing and retail sales targets within France.
- Manage dealer operations and evaluate the implementation of business policies within France; funnel Management KPIs of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans.
- Handle and provide guidance on daily operational issues, challenges and opportunities.
- Steer brand marketing and promotional activities within France.
- Responsible for developing and following up on key accounts.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in the Commercial Area at Motor company NSC or OEM Headquarters.
- Experience within automotive industry or mobility services.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related education.
- Customer-oriented mindset & results oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Great negotiation skills.
- Fleet and B2B experience is required.
- Excellent English & French language skills; Chinese would be a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.
