SALES MANAGER

Fashion Manufacturing (Woven Apparel)

We are a growing textile manufacturing company specializing in woven menswear and selected womenswear (shirts, blouses, chino pants, pajamas). Our offices play a key role in working directly with fashion brands in Europe and Hong Kong.

Available Positions

• Sales Manager / Key Account Manager – Europe (Paris)

Note: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the respective region.

Key Responsibilities (for both roles)

• Build, develop, and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers from fashion brands in the assigned region
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (development, sampling, production)
• Actively promote new product developments, fabrics, and collections
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
• Ensure high client satisfaction throughout the development and ordering process
• Participate in appointments at local showrooms, client meetings, and trade shows
• Provide commercial input on product direction based on market and buyer feedback

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion or textile industry
• Background in a fashion brand or textile supplier environment (merchandising, material development, garment/product development, sourcing, or B2B sales)
• Strong understanding of woven apparel and the brand buying process
• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive and capable of driving business growth
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Fluent in English and additional language skills depending on the region: Europe / Paris: proficiency in a European language preferred (e.g., French)
