Location: Eastern & South-Eastern France (Lyon, Strasbourg, Dijon & surrounding regions)

Salary: Up to €32-52k base doe + 30% uncapped performance bonus

The Opportunity

I'm working with a fast-growing European company in the energy and electrical technology sector, looking for an experienced Sales Manager to support its continued expansion across Eastern and South-Eastern France.

The Role:

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts across Eastern & South-Eastern France.
• Build relationships with electrical wholesalers, distributors, installers and commercial partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and drive regional revenue growth.
• Work closely with an established French commercial team.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Background in electrical distribution, lighting, solar PV, EV charging or related technical products.
• Strong understanding of French distribution channels and installer networks.
• Proven business development and account management experience.
• Fluent French and good English.
• Proactive, commercially driven and comfortable managing a regional territory independently.
