Sales Manager – Defense & Navigation Systems (Southern Europe)

SBG Systems is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across Southern Europe, focusing on Italy and Turkey. You will work with Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to build relationships, support distributors, and convert opportunities into revenue.

You will report to the EMEA Sales Director and be part of a five-person team, traveling 30–50% of your time to develop strategic accounts and partnerships in defense, aerospace and related sectors.
