Sales Manager – Service Provider Segment (Individual Contributor)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow business within the Service Provider (CSP) segment across Europe through direct sales activities.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and increasing product penetration in assigned accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.

Achieve annual Order Booking and Revenue targets.

Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system (Salesforce.com), ensuring forecasts are regularly updated.

Prepare and execute account plans for assigned customers and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews or internal reviews when required.

Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (presales, post‑sales, sales operations, finance, BID Management) to support customer needs and close opportunities.

Stay informed on market developments, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to support successful sales strategies.\n\n
