Your Contribution to P&G’s Success
- Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing the turnover and market shares of P&G brands within your sector, overseeing a €10‑million turnover spread over around 50 hypermarkets, supermarkets and drives, and negotiating placement and merchandising with department and store managers.
- You work in pairs with 1–2 sales representatives to execute the action plan negotiated with customers, and belong to a team of about fifteen sector managers and sales representatives. Monthly 2‑day meetings and yearly gatherings provide networking and development opportunities.
NB: Some nights away are to be expected on this job.
Job Qualifications
You are the right fit if:
- You hold a master’s degree from a business or engineering school or university.
- You can lead projects and are determined to get things done to achieve your goals.
- You possess very good interpersonal skills and are a team player.
- Agility and creativity are part of your skill set.
- You are autonomous, rigorous and organized.
- You are proficient in French and English.
- You have a valid driver’s licence.
