An established yet fast-growing international freight forwarder is seeking a Sales Manager specialising in Aerospace Logistics to join their team in Toulouse. With strong momentum across Europe and a clear focus on industry verticals, the business is investing heavily in its aerospace offering, making this a high-impact, growth-driven role.
Toulouse, as a key aerospace hub, offers a unique platform to develop strategic partnerships with major OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and specialist manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development within the aerospace logistics sector (OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers)
- Build and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on aerospace customers in the region
- Manage the full commercial cycle: lead generation, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and closing
- Develop tailored solutions across air freight (time-critical/AOG), ocean, and multimodal transport
- Grow and maintain key aerospace accounts , ensuring high service levels and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with operations to deliver time-sensitive and complex logistics solutions
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and deliver consistent revenue growth
Profile Requirements
- Proven experience in freight forwarding sales , with a clear focus on aerospace logistics
- Strong understanding of AOG, time-critical shipments , and high-value cargo handling
- Existing network within the Toulouse aerospace cluster is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated success in new business development ("hunter" profile)
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex supply chains
- Fluent in French and English
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and comfortable in a scaling, agile environment
