Sales Manager - Advanced Sensing Systems
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth for highly technical sensing and measurement solutions across global markets. This role combines commercial ownership with technical understanding. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering teams, and leadership to turn complex capabilities into real-world applications.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop new business opportunities and expand key accounts
- Translate customer needs into clear technical and commercial solutions
- Contribute to market strategy, positioning, and pipeline development
- Represent the business in client meetings, demos, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in technical sales or business development within industrial or deep-tech sectors
- Ability to engage with complex technologies and technical stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing long sales cycles
- Comfortable working across international markets
- Background in engineering, physics, or a related field (preferred)
