We believe our people make a difference in cultivating a down‑to‑earth culture that embraces our core values, welcomes ideas, encourages innovation, and values belonging. We have received recognition for our work from many esteemed organizations.

JOB PURPOSE

In this newly created position, you will manage an EMEA Overlay Sales team representing ADP’s Lyric HCM solution. This solution is launching in the market and is poised to be a disruptive force. Built in the public cloud, leveraging low‑code technology, ADP developers have new tools to create a more dynamic and engaging HCM experience for our clients.

As a sales manager, you will work with your direct reports to articulate the value of the ADP technology platform, solution differentiators, and the potential business impact to the large addressable market. You will oversee your team to ensure they are working closely with both the sales and service organizations to find the best prospects that fit specific requirements and then execute a sales process to close new deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall management, performance, and development of the EMEA Lyric HCM pursuit team in line with the agreed sales strategy and overall business plan.
  • Development and maintenance of a comprehensive plan for team sales activity, including pipeline and productivity, and management of quota and non‑commercial objectives for all individuals and the team.
  • Close liaison with the DVP of Sales, Sales Managers, ASMs, and colleagues within the EMEA Business to pursue a consistent approach to sales/product/commercial strategy.
  • Provide feedback to ADP’s Lyric HCM product team, including competitive intelligence and client/prospect/sales input.
  • Ensure correct monthly reporting following the designated format established by the Divisional Vice President of Sales, and establish accurate forecasting for the current month, quarter, and rest of the year.
  • Direct the sales team with regard to training, compensation, motivation, development, and resourcing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record of sales management, ideally working within the HCM space.
  • Substantial experience leading a remote team of sales high‑performers, focused on winning HCM projects across EMEA.
  • A proven formula for consistent revenue generation, pipeline and deal management (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDPICC).
  • Experience working across EMEA, with the ability to coordinate internal support and resources to deliver across the region.
  • Must be able to delegate and coordinate workloads to achieve overall objectives within specified time and budget.
  • Based in either the UK, France, or Netherlands with the right to work in‑country.
  • Outstanding sales and leadership skills, broad management knowledge, and the ability to manage, communicate, create, and provide leadership without line authority. Proven proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, personal integrity, and a positive attitude in all dealings with colleagues and clients.

What We Offer

  • Highly competitive salary and compensation plan.
  • An ongoing, individualized, world‑class induction programme offering both local and international training and development.
  • Realistic targets with valuable offerings equate to real earnings. We celebrate associates over‑achieving with early starts, quarterly and annual awards, clubs and trips.
