About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager colleague to strengthen our sales team in Colombes (92). 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively identifying and approaching possible new clients
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from scheduling appointments, through presenting products, handling negotiations with customers to closing deals
  • Acting as a main point of contact for customers, frequently visiting them and providing excellent customer support
  • Designing and presenting sales proposals to customers
  • Participating in sales meetings, performing thorough sales reporting and maintaining the CRM system
  • Working closely with our technical team to offer tailored solutions for customers 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical solution sales 
  • Technical or Sales education such as BTS/Bac+2 or DUT 
  • Fluent French and advanced English language knowledge
  • Outstanding communication skills and excellent negotiation ability
  • A resilient, methodical and motivated personality, passion to work in the field and achieving great results
  • Ability to work effectively on your own and with others 

Considered as an advantage:

  • Knowledge of hydraulics
  • Experience from the Electrical Engineering field
