Sales Manager – Adhesives | Paris, France
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth in our adhesives business, based in Paris. This is a highly entrepreneurial and hunter-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building new business, opening doors, and driving market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and win new customers across France with a focus on adhesives solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive top-line growth and new account acquisition.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and value to clients.
Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record of new business development / hunter sales, ideally in adhesives, chemicals, or related B2B industrial markets.
Minimum years of sales experience with strong exposure to solution selling.
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-starter mindset, motivated by targets and growth opportunities.
Fluent French and strong English skills required.
Based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
