- Expanding the company’s revenues and profits with new business
- Develop and implement effective and efficient promotions and business plans to achieve revenue growth
- Maintain and develop business with existing clients and potential clients
- Explore and identify new business opportunities and drive new business growth for the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Prepare sales reports and market updates
- Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a shipping carrier / freight forwarding (Air or Ocean) sales position.
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experienced in Transpacific / Intra-Asia / Oceania / Africa / Indian Sub-Continent trades with E-Commerce background.
- Experienced in data analysis by using business intelligent application and software
- Aggressive, self-driven & result-oriented with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skill, presentation skill and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Self-motivated fast learner, a problem-solver with a growth mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
