- Develop and implement strategies in the local market to ensure that the company achieves its strategic goals.
- Manage budgets and perform financial reporting to achieve financial goals.
- Manage, motivate and evaluate the performance of the local team.
- Increase the promotion and sales of the company's products and services in the local market.
- Ensure compliance with local legal regulations and company policies.
- Report regularly to the company's headquarters and make strategic recommendations.
- Manage and develop relationships with local business partners and customers

Earnings and Supports
- This position DOES NOT INCLUDE a regular monthly salary.
- A direct turnover profit of 3-5% will be given from all sales made.
- After development is achieved and targets are met, OFFICE, WAREHOUSE and FACTORY will be opened in order and leadership will be requested in this section.
- After targets are achieved, subordinate personnel will be given to manage.
