Sales Manager
International Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager required to join a leading provider of turbo machinery, gearboxes, and motors in the European market.
The International Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager will have strong experience in outside sales, ideally in industrial equipment, specifically turbo machinery, gearboxes, or motors. The role will focus on generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with customers in sectors such as Oil & Gas, chemical, and manufacturing. Fluency in French is required, as the territory will primarily involve French-speaking clients and regions.
The International Sales Manager will be based in Europe, covering a defined territory, primarily in French-speaking regions.

- Cover the European territory, primarily focusing on French-speaking regions, proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initiating contact, scoping requirements, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
- Use Salesforce CRM to track opportunities, maintain accurate records, and ensure follow-up actions are completed effectively.
- Build strong relationships with engineering personnel, procurement teams, and key decision-makers in sectors such as power generation, automotive, and manufacturing.
- Work closely with engineering teams to provide accurate product quotes, tailored technical solutions, and proposals.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client visits to generate new leads and maintain strong market visibility.
International Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years in outside sales, ideally in industrial equipment, turbo machinery, gearboxes, or motors.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, gearbox systems, and industrial motors is a plus.
- Fluency in French is essential for engaging with customers in French-speaking regions.
- Proven ability to start new business, track leads, and close sales effectively.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel.
- Strong ability to build relationships with engineers, maintenance personnel, and procurement teams.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and maintain an up-to-date sales forecast.
- Familiarity with the European market, particularly French-speaking regions, is a plus.
