Sales Manager

For our Client, a company manufacturing packaging solutions for the food industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager , based in Beauvais, France .

Experience and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience in the food, packaging or related B2B industry.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage customer needs, commercial offers and multiple priorities.
• Proactive, independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Ideally based within a reasonable commuting distance of Beauvais, France.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in coordinating a team.
• Experience in working with international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers, primarily in France and selected international markets.
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting market development.
• Conducting regular customer visits and commercial negotiations.
• Preparing tailored offers and coordinating customer needs with internal teams.
• Monitoring orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
• Analysing sales performance and supporting the achievement of sales and margin targets.
• Preparing sales reports, presentations and commercial documentation.
