Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Westhausen, Germany. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, develop and maintain client relationships, and proactively identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts to meet business goals. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and contribute to overall company success.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in sales
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking, strong customer and results orientation
- Languages: Russian, English, German are preferred
- Ability to analyze and report on sales activities
