Sales Manager

Founded in Paris, INSPIRATION MUSIC & ARTS is an artistic creation company that reinvents high-end live entertainment. Specializing in immersive experiences, it designs and produces bespoke shows for an exceptional private and corporate clientele.

Driven by an entrepreneurial team, the company has become a key player in luxury entertainment, sustaining strong growth. In recent years, it has experienced remarkable expansion, operating internationally with a strong presence across Europe. With a team of 50 permanent staff and close to 2,000 artists/freelancers, it is today a benchmark name in private entertainment.

As part of its continued development, INSPIRATION wishes to strengthen its team and is currently looking for a Sales Manager (permanent position, based in Paris).

ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Sales Direction, the Sales Manager will be responsible for sales, commercial support, and project follow-up for a private and corporate clientele:

• -Develop commercial proposals in collaboration with management and the creative team;
• - Build tailor-made proposals in response to client requests (or potential calls for tender) in order to close sales;
• -Contribute to the smooth execution of projects while remaining the client's key point of contact;
• -Contribute to the strategic thinking around the development of the agency's service offering.

PROFILE:

• -Fluent in English and French; proficiency in a third language is a plus;
• -Minimum 5 years' experience in the luxury sector;
• -Ability to understand and navigate the codes of the luxury world;
• -Artistic sensibility: strong aesthetic sense and understanding of creative worlds;
• -Solid sales experience, with a genuine talent for building and maintaining long-term client relationships;
• - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
