Software Expertise

OneStream Software, Oracle EPM On-Cloud, Oracle EPM On-Premises, and related applications. OneStream is a modern, cloud-based solution in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) space used to manage financial functions.

Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role is for a OneStream Solutions Architect located in Toronto, ON with flexibility for some remote work. The Architect will handle day‑to‑day tasks such as solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process analysis.

Qualifications

• Lead OneStream implementation and solutions through the full project cycle – requirements, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.
• Lead the full pre‑sales cycle – introduction, scoping, drafting estimate and proposal, creating statement of work/contract.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client‑side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences.
• Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges.
• Adhere to CPM project delivery methodology and project standards, ensuring deliverables and milestones are completed on time.
• Work with leadership to develop and grow the practice, including revenue attainment, sales and marketing assets, partnership with OneStream, training, recruiting, onboarding, and staffing.
• Align with company core values and embrace culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activities.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
• 10+ years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (e.g., Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM cloud, FCCS, EPBCS).
• Experience delivering at least 5 full OneStream implementation lifecycles on consolidations and planning.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including close, consolidations, reporting, and FP&A.
• Deep understanding of accounting processes: reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top‑side adjustments.
• Deep understanding of FP&A processes related to budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating them to solution design.
• Previous experience leading full‑cycle EPM/CPM implementations.
• Experience with VB.net and other programming languages.
• Must hold the OneStream Certified Solutions Architect designation.
• Experience with data integration between different systems/sources.

Job Type & Schedule

• Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Work Location

Remote/Hybrid, with travel to client sites as needed.
