Mills Automotive Group is seeking a pre‑owned sales manager to join our growing sales department in Kenner, LA. The role focuses on employee engagement, sales growth, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process.
• Establish a customer network and build rapport.
• Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Oversee other aspects of the sales department.
• Track gross logs, desk deals, and RDR cars.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred automotive sales managerial experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
