Role And Responsibilities
As Sales Manager France – Resellers, CSE & Mass Distribution, you will play a key role in shaping and accelerating SUMMIT’s presence across the French market. Your mission is to build, structure, and scale a strong B2B distribution ecosystem that drives high‑volume ticket sales and long‑term commercial growth.
You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders, including tourism professionals, resellers, coach operators, works councils, associations, hospitality partners, corporate clients, and retail networks. In doing so, you will position SUMMIT as a must‑have experience within the French leisure and tourism landscape.
Your work will directly contribute to increasing accessibility, maximizing presales, and building sustainable revenue streams through scalable distribution channels.
Your Mission
You will structure and grow SUMMIT’s domestic distribution network by activating high‑impact partnerships and building a strong ecosystem of commercial partners capable of driving consistent volume and long‑term growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partners, including tourism professionals, works councils (CSE), resellers, hospitality partners, and corporate clients.
- Own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and prospecting to negotiating and closing agreements.
- Design and implement commercial offers and partnership strategies that drive sales growth and recurring revenue.
- Engage, support, and develop partner relationships to maximize performance and long‑term success.
- Monitor sales activity, performance metrics, and market opportunities to support business growth and expansion.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or distribution within the French market
- You bring strong exposure to works councils (CSE), B2B resellers, retail networks, or the French tourism ecosystem
- You are commercially driven, with a strong ability to execute and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
- You are comfortable building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- You are fluent in French and English

- Revenue and volume generated through French partnerships
- Performance and growth of key accounts
- Effectiveness of partner activation and sell‑through
- Quality and efficiency of CRM management and sales pipeline visibility
