Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, Canada. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving the growth of our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
• Train and onboard new sales employees providing ongoing coaching and support
• Conduct performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing deals

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management preferably in a similar industry or market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of market trends competition and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
