This role is focused on driving commercial growth by expanding existing client relationships and unlocking new business opportunities across a diverse portfolio of retail and distribution partners. You will act as a key commercial interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, strong client satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth. The position combines strategic account development with hands‑on field activity, including store visits, stakeholder training, and in‑person relationship management. You will design and execute tailored promotional and pricing strategies aligned with broader business objectives. Working in a fast‑paced, international environment, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful go‑to‑market initiatives. Accountabilities

  • Drive the expansion of existing client accounts while identifying opportunities to grow product assortment and revenue through optimized pricing strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of commercial and operational initiatives.
  • Develop and manage strong, long‑term client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored commercial solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and support contract negotiation and execution.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate client‑specific promotional plans to maximize sales performance and brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular visits to client locations and retail stores to assess needs, strengthen relationships, and support merchandising efforts.
  • Train retail staff on product knowledge, positioning, and sales techniques to improve in‑store performance.
  • Monitor account performance, track sales forecasts, and report on key developments and market insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within retail, consumer goods, furniture, or bedding sectors.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to grow accounts and drive profitable revenue expansion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with solid command of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level); additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client and store visits.
  • Valid driving license required.
