- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the companys market share in France
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and integrators
- Manage long sales cycles involving engineering, procurement, and program teams
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close contracts in line with company margins
Account Management
- Own and grow key customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Understand customer programs, forecasts, and lifecycle needs
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage contract renewals, long-term agreements, and strategic pricing programs
Technical & Program Support
- Work closely with applications engineers to define solutions and specifications
- Support customers through design‑in, qualification, and production ramp‑up phases
- Promote custom interconnect, connector, backshell, cable assembly, and fiber‑optic solutions
- Ensure compliance with aerospace, defense, and industrial standards
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability

Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Provide regular reporting and forecasts to management
- Participate in trade shows, customer events, and industry forums
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Engineering preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B technical sales experience, ideally within aerospace, defense, rail, space, or industrial electronics
- Strong understanding of electromechanical components, connectors, cable assemblies, or similar technical products
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high‑value programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Willingness to travel regularly within France and occasionally internationally
